Job Description

- Fully implement the contract requirements for QA and QC and ensure these requirements are fulfilled in any subcontracted work

- Identify and prepare any job specific procedures relating to the quality of the work in line with the contract requirements

- Make available inspection standards, procedures, work instructions, etc to the workforce

- Prepare a QA plan and QC plan if the work scope changes or problems are encountered

- Provide adequate numbers of qualified and experienced QA and QC personnel for all applicable activities, plus suitable calibrated inspection and test equipment

- Submit CVs of all QA/QC, inspection and NDT personnel to client for review, prior to mobilization

- Undertake in a house audits of the work processes affecting the contract scope

- Review the contractor's QC data package prior to submission to client

- Ensure subcontractors submit all relevant design, QA/QC reports to client for review

- Monitor subcontractor fabrication activities, where necessary provide third party inspection/ verification

- Conduct performance review on all vendors/ subcontractors
