- Conduct inspections for E&I installations, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Verify that electrical systems, panels, cabling, and instruments are installed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Perform loop checks, continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, and function tests.
- Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date quality records, inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports to the QA/QC Manager or client as required.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant codes, standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE), and client requirements.
- Monitor the implementation of quality management systems (QMS) on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams for timely inspections and testing.
- Liaise with the client or their representatives for witness inspections and approval of work.
- Identify non-conformances and lead root cause analysis.
- Recommend and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Inspect and verify incoming E&I materials and equipment against specifications.
- Ensure proper storage and handling to maintain material integrity.
