Budget and Forecasting
- Develop and maintain detailed project budgets in collaboration and Project manager and Project Control Manager
- Develop and update cost forecasts based on project progress and changes
- Monitor and track project expenditures against the approved budget
- Identify and report any budget deviations
Cost Monitoring and Reporting
- Prepare monthly cost report, including forecasts, actuals and variances
- Analyse cost trends and provide insights to project stakeholders
Cost Control
- To monitor and control the commitments, expenditure incurred and forecast for all contracts and purchase/ release orders related to the project
- Review and approve project related purchase requisitions and release orders within SAP
- Review monthly cost realization with project stakeholders and post accruals within SAP
- Review timesheet summary report submitted by Contractor and ensure reconciliation with internal records
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
