- Operational Manager is responsible for the execution and coordination of all fluids-related activities in this operation
- Ensuring all fluid programs comply with the specifications and applicable regulations.
- Managing and allocating the right talents involved in fluids operations (engineers, lab technicians, plant operators).
- Ensuring the talents meet minimum competency and training standards.
- Ensuring fluids quality control and compliance with the procedures and QA/QC standards.
- Providing technical support for mud formulation, wellbore stability, and performance troubleshooting.
- Monitoring fluids-related costs and implementing cost-efficiency measures.
- Forecasting fluid material requirements and coordinating logistics with Client and third party
- Participating in audits, investigations, and performance reviews when required.
