Job Description

Lead and supervise all lifting operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.

Develop and implement lift plans, risk assessments, and method statements for all lifting activities.

Conduct pre-lift meetings to communicate plans, procedures, and safety measures to all personnel involved.

Coordinate with rigging crews, crane operators, and other relevant personnel to ensure proper execution of lifting operations.

Monitor site conditions and equipment status to ensure safe lifting practices are followed.

Conduct regular inspections of lifting equipment, rigging gear, and safety devices to ensure compliance with standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for all lifting operations, liaising with onshore management and project stakeholders.

Maintain accurate documentation of lifting operations, including lift plans, checklists, and incident reports.

Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, providing training and support to team members as needed
