Job Description
- Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues using tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Support the team in performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters and checking refrigerant levels.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Help keep work areas clean and organized.
- Attend training sessions and participate in on-the-job learning opportunities.
- Document service calls and maintain records as required.
Other Requirements
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and principles is preferred.- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
