Job Description
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on buildings and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, electrical fixtures, doors, windows, and furniture.
Assemble furniture and equipment as needed.
Perform painting, patching, and other cosmetic repairs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify issues requiring attention.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
Ensure work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Other Requirements
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
Valid driver’s license may be required depending on the role.
