Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct DROPS (Dropped Objects Prevention Scheme) inspections on offshore derricks, drilling structures and associated equipment
- Inspect structures, platforms, equipment and working areas for potential dropped - object hazards
- Perform rope access inspections to access difficult-to-reach areas
- Identify, assess and report loose, damaged or unsecured equipment and components
- Recommend corrective actions to eliminate dropped-object risks
- Prepare inspection reports, photographic records and DROPS assessment documentation
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and DROPS inspection procedures
Other Requirements
- Valid IRATA certification (Level 1, 2, and 3)- Relevant experience in DROPS inspections and derrick inspections
- Good knowledge of dropped-object prevention, hazard identification and risk assessment
- Experience in offshore Oil & Gas or drilling facilities
