Job Description

Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on offshore platforms.
Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on cranes.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
Coordinate lifting operations with other team members.
Understand and interpret load charts.
Ensure all lifting operations are within the crane's operational limits.
Respond quickly to any issues and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
Maintain accurate records of lifting operations.

Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
Inspect lifting gear and equipment for defects.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
Assist with other tasks as needed on the offshore platform.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Work in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
Perform emergency response duties as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Provide training and guidance to junior operators.
