Reporting To:
General Manager

Role Purpose:
To develop accurate cost estimates and pricing models for tenders and RFQs across oil & gas
and non‑oil & gas projects, covering mechanical, maintenance, and multi‑discipline services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost build‑ups for mechanical, maintenance, and industrial services
• Support pricing for small RFQs, call‑off contracts, and larger tenders
• Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare commercial assumptions, exclusions, and clarifications
• Support margin analysis and pricing sensitivity reviews
• Maintain historical costing data for benchmarking

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:
• 3–7 years of experience in costing, estimation, or commercial roles
• Hands‑on costing experience in mechanical or industrial services
• Comfortable working across RFQs and structured tenders
• Strong Excel and analytical skills

Added Advantage:
• Experience in oil & gas and/or non‑oil & gas industrial projects
• Understanding of day‑rate, lump‑sum, and call‑off pricing models
