Job Description

- Operate cementing units, bulk systems, high-pressure pumps, and mixing equipment during cementing jobs.

- Monitor and record job parameters (e.g., pressure, rate, volumes) using data acquisition systems.

- Assist in slurry mixing and ensure correct blending of cement, additives, and displacement fluids.

- Follow the cementing program and supervisor instructions closely during job execution.

- Conduct pre- and post-job inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cementing equipment.

- Perform routine checks on pumps, valves, hoses, and mixing systems to ensure safe operation.

- Maintain tools, rig-up hardware, and field inventory in clean and working condition.

- Report any mechanical failures or unsafe equipment conditions immediately.

- Assist in safe rig-up and rig-down of cementing equipment at the wellsite according to HSE standards.

- Connect and disconnect lines and hoses as required, ensuring proper pressure testing is done.

- Handle loading/unloading of cement and materials from bulk units or supply truck
