Job Description

Scaffolding Assembly: Assist in assembling and disassembling scaffolding systems, following the design plans and safety protocols to ensure secure platforms for workers.
Loading and Unloading: Help transport and load scaffolding materials, such as tubes, planks, and fittings, to and from the site.
Material Handling: Properly handle, store, and organize scaffolding materials, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, and harnesses to minimize the risk of accidents.
Inspecting Scaffolding: Assist in inspecting scaffolding structures to ensure they are properly erected, secure, and safe for use.
Maintaining Tools and Equipment: Ensure that all scaffolding tools and equipment are in proper working order and report any malfunctions or damage to supervisors.
Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
General Site Assistance: Support other construction activities and tasks as needed, such as assisting in the cleanup of work areas.
