To assist (mentor and coach) on-site TW supervisors to ensure that they correctly implement the Assist and Assure defined behaviors during Transition To Work Step-7 work process in pursuit of Goal Zero Supervision
Provide Technical Support for:
1)Support implementation of Well Control Plan (WCP) & Well Control Contigency Plan (WCCP) & in compliance with Pressure Manual 3.0
2)Creating and implementing bowtie risk assessments with signed off documented Barrier Ownership.
Support Frontline Barrier Manager (FLBM) roles & responsibilities in Process Safety/ Well Control, Personal Safety, Leadership, Environment & MoC
Train, mentor and advise and assist TW Well Supervisors in the required behaviors.
Ensure current Best Practice are implemented regarding well control & process safety.
Ensure WCP & WCCP are developed & implemented regarding well control & process safety.
Ensure compliance with Standards (liaise with TW Document Owners for clarification).
Ensure FLBM R&R’s are addressed (liaise with WOTL on FLBM assessments & refreshers).
Ensure gap closure plans are transferred to the operation’s own action tracker.
Deliver Assist and Assure and Trade Tests are required.
Influencing staff in multicultural environment.
Working in remote locations (well sites, supply bases).
Verification of HSE ‘Rose Plot’ assessment of site.
Measure and Report on Leading and Lagging Indicators.
Identify Process and Personal Safety improvements areas.
Assist with improvement area implementation.
Improved site HSSE performance.
Early identification of major risks and hazards.
Timely reporting on HSSE matters.
On site implementation of required programs.
Improved Regional sharing and communication
