HSE Officer will be based offshore and must be able to work independently within the Well intervention
team. Main task of the HSE officer is to ensure that well intervention activity is carried out safely in
accordance with the requirement of TEPB. His/her daily work scope shall include but not limited to the
task as listed in the work scope below.
Work Scope:
• Ensuring compliance to company Bridging & SIMOP requirement
• Conduct regular HSE Inspection of accommodation vessel and platform (hygiene and safety)
• Report HSE updates for morning meeting (CSR (RSES-D), TSM-RSES, HSE Supt-WSHO, Wells
superintendent)
• Conduct regular emergency drills and draft reports according to requirements of the SIMOPS
Matrix
• Assist, coordinate & evaluate Emergency exercise with RSES-D and Vessel/Barge
• Provide HSE Supervision and act as safety watch for the duration of the well intervention activity.
• Daily checks of required HSE equipment on site and ensure availability of required emergency
equipment.
• Conduct Regular HSE audit (PTW, LSC) and Ensuring compliance to PTW requirements.
• Update, Review & summarize Improvement card findings on daily basis.
• Data Entry into synergy for HSE Incident Reporting
• Provide HSE Leadership on site and participate in daily Toolbox talk.
• Lead Well intervention Joint HSE Meeting (as required)
• Coordinate HSE meeting with TEPB Management (monthly)
• Conduct HSE awareness sessions onboard vessel
• Application of Zero Fatality program on site

Work Shift:

• 12 hours from 0600 to 1800hr. Note: this arrangement can be adjusted based on WI CSR (RSES-
D) requirement and may include additional time to allow for daily meetings/reporting/standby.

Other Requirements

• HSE Officer Medically fit to work offshore /remote location.
• Minimum qualification of NEBOSH IGC in Occupational Health & Safety; OR equivalent
• Has at least a minimum of two (2) years of practical experience relevant to the work.
• Registered WSHO officer is an advantage.
• TBOSIET Certification and H2S OPITO approved training is an advantage.
