Job Description

Act as a bridge between the company and external organizations, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.

Maintain positive relationships with government departments, regulatory bodies, clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

Coordinate and facilitate meetings, site visits, and project-related discussions.

Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and official requirements by liaising with authorities.

Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation related to liaison activities.

Assist with permit applications, licensing, and other formal processes with local and national authorities.

Support internal departments by relaying external feedback and facilitating necessary approvals.

Represent the organization at official functions, events, and external meetings when required.

Maintain accurate records of all communications and correspondence with stakeholders.

Other Requirements

Proven experience in a liaison, administrative, or coordination role is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software.

Knowledge of local regulations and administrative procedures is an advantage
