Job Description

*Supervise and coordinate daily activities of insulation teams, including fabricators and applicators.
*Plan and organize insulation work as per project schedules and specifications.
*Ensure proper selection and usage of insulation materials (e.g., fiberglass, mineral wool, polyurethane foam, etc.).
*Inspect insulation work to ensure compliance with drawings, standards, and safety procedures.
*Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
*Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., piping, mechanical, safety) to resolve on-site issues.
*Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates to management.
*Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
*Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
*Manage inventory of insulation materials and tools.
*Support quality assurance and control processes, including inspections and documentation.
