Job Description

* Knowledge of various types of insulation systems, carryout maintenance and new insulation of thermal and acoustic insulation for pipes and vessels.
* Understands application of various types of insulation (Lagging, Fitting, Fabrication, etc...) and is well conversant with the various insulation materials.
* Applies insulation layers, vapor barrier mastic, weather protection including fabrication of aluminum or steel covers and boxes for pipes and vessels.
* Operates independently all sheet-metal machineries related to metal cladding works
* Knowledge of reading drawings like ISO, P&ID, General piping arrangement and equipment drawings with the capability of taking the necessary measurements.
* Performs independently estimation of insulation and cladding materials, prepares fabrication drawings.
* Able to fabricate required shape and design with claddings such as corrugated and flat.
* Able to dismantle and reassemble the claddings properly
