Job Description

Purpose of Position
To operate company vehicles for the safe and timely transportation of staff, live birds (broilers), documents, and various items to designated destinations, while maintaining professionalism and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Duties:
Safely operate company vehicles and strictly follow all road safety and traffic regulations.
Follow all approved procedures for deliveries and assigned tasks.
Transport live birds (broilers) to the slaughtering facility as per schedule.
Accurately complete required delivery logs, records, and reports.
Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the Farm Manager.
Vehicle Maintenance & Care
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, roadworthy, and in good working condition at all times.
Monitor and report any mechanical issues promptly to the supervisor.
Perform basic maintenance checks such as oil level, tire pressure, coolant, and battery condition.
Track and schedule regular vehicle servicing and inspections to ensure timely upkeep.
Take responsibility for the overall care and condition of the assigned vehicle.
Professional Conduct:
Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to the company dress code.
Represent the company professionally and courteously at all delivery locations.
Provide good customer service and communication at all times.
Work Schedule & Flexibility:
Follow assigned work schedules as instructed by the Farm Manager.
Be flexible with working hours — including early morning shifts (as early as 4:30 AM) during slaughtering days to transport live birds (broilers) and staff, and late evening shifts (up to 8:00 PM or later) on other days, based on operational needs.
Must be available to work on Sundays and public holidays if a slaughtering schedule/slot is assigned.
